Where did this guy come from, I completely forgot that he was still around. The last time anyone saw him alive was when he told Oprah he cheated in all those bike races. I love the fact that he's resorted to doing flat tire tutorial videos. I don't know about you but this whole video has an awkward vibe to it. I don't know whether he was forced to do this or if the whole thing was his idea. Either way it's awkward to watch.
P.S. This video is actually kinda educational, I had no idea how to change a flat bike tire until now. Thanks Lance.
